Founded in Australia by Doug and Lauren, parents of three energetic boys, Agitate Fitness was born from a personal journey. When Doug turned 40, he made the decision to prioritise his fitness—not just for himself, but for his family. He wanted to always have the energy to run around with his kids, set a positive example, and prove that age is no barrier to strength and health.


That commitment led him to natural bodybuilding competitions in 2023 and 2024, where he earned top medals and showed that transformation is possible at any stage of life. More importantly, it transformed him into a healthier husband, father, and role model.
