We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return.
If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, then you may return it for a full refund of the item cost excluding return shipping.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@agitatefitness.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.
After approving the return, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package (you will need to cover the shipping costs).
Agitate Fitness covers the return shipping on your first apparel exchange if the fit isn’t quite right. Just keep the original packaging and we’ll send you a prepaid return label with instructions. Any further exchanges after the first will be at the customer’s expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
